Booking conditions:
All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.
No mimimum stay duration applies, except over Christmas / New Year when the minimum will be 3 days.
Tariff :
$145 double, $100 single (including breakfast)
Lunches: $25
Dinner: $45
(prices include NZ Goods & Services Tax : 12.5%)
A deposit of NZ$50 is required to confirm a booking.
The balance of the tariff is payable on your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation within one week of arrival date will incur forfeiture of the deposit. However, this will not be enforced if we are able to re-let the room.
